Welbeck Farm Shop’s delicious range focuses on low food miles, traditional artisan food and rigorous taste testing. Including Welbeck Estate’s own meat, game and Raw Milk, locally made ‘Stichelton’ cheese, ale from Welbeck Abbey Brewery and bread from Welbeck Bakehouse.

Welbeck's Forestry team sustainably manages over 5,000 acres of ancient woodland on the Welbeck estate. Welbeck’s woodlands are an equal mix of hardwoods and softwoods, which fuels Welbeck's 800kw Biomass boiler, or is sold as construction lumber, fencing materials, horse shavings and residential firewood.

Welbeck Dairy supplies milk from a herd of 100 pedigree Holstein Cows. Raw Milk from the Welbeck Dairy is available to buy from the Dairy's vending machine, located in Welbeck Farm Shop.

Welbeck Abbey Brewery is a small traditional brewery at the heart of Welbeck's artisan food village. Housed in a listed barn, it produces hand-crafted ales using the estate’s own spring water and a unique strain of nurtured yeast.

The Welbeck Bakehouse produces handmade award-winning sourdoughs following traditional baking methods. They use long fermentation with no artificial additives or preservatives to create a healthier, tastier loaf.

The Portland Collection Museum

The Portland Collection Museum displays a selection of fine art and decorative design that has been collected over 400 years. The Collection takes its name from the Dukes of Portland who owned Welbeck from 1755 to 1977 and whose descendants live at Welbeck today.
